Free Mini Consultation - No Charge
If you are unsure if surgery is right for you, or would like to meet Mr Staiano in person before committing to a paid consultation, then we offer free mini consultations. These are 15 minute consultations which give you the chance to discuss your goals and talk about what is possible.
There are no “patient advisors”- you will speak directly with Jonathan from the first meeting. Jonathan believes the initial consultation is about giving expert free advice to prospective patients and advising them accordingly for their situation. It will also give you a chance to see if you can develop a rapport with Jonathan as this is important if you are going to embark on a plan of surgical treatment. We work hard at Staiano Plastic Surgery to make sure that every patient is made to feel special and gets the best possible outcome. We hope that this will come across and you will want to go on and have a full consultation, but there is absolutely no pressure or obligation to proceed.
Full Initial Consultation – £100
Prior to surgery, you will need to have a full consultation with Jonathan for which there is a £100 fee, but this is the only fee that you will need to pay for any consultation. There is no fee for any follow up consultations whether they are before or after surgery. At your consultation, Jonathan will talk to you about your goals and expectations and will go through your previous medical history. You will have a full examination and will have the opportunity to see before and after photographs from Jonathan's portfolio. All your questions will be answered and there will be ample opportunity for discussion. Jonathan will write to your General Practitioner (with your consent) outlining what has been discussed and will send you a copy of this correspondence. There is never any pressure to proceed in the clinic and you will be given Jonathan's direct contact details to allow you to get in touch if you would like to make another appointment to go over things again or to look for a date for surgery.
Follow up Consultations - No Charge
There is never any charge for follow up consultations. This includes consultations that may be needed to go over things before having surgery, or consultations after surgery. This means that in the weeks and months following surgery, you will have access to see Jonathan in clinic if you have any worries or concerns. In fact, even if something happens years after surgery, then Jonathan will be happy to see you in the clinic for no charge, as long as your concern is related to your initial surgery.
Fixed Price Packages
For self-pay patients, surgery is provided with a fixed price package. This allows complete peace of mind to ensure that once you have paid for your surgery, there will be no extra fees or hidden costs. The package price includes all of the hospital costs, the surgeon and anaesthetist’s fee and all of the follow-up care that may be needed. It also covers the cost of treatment for any complications that may arise in the first 30 days following surgery and any revisions that may be necessary in the first six months.

Insured Patients
Jonathan Staiano is registered with all of the major UK health insurance providers. You may need pre-approval from your insurance company prior to your consultation or treatment. If approved, in most cases, the cost of your treatment can be invoiced directly with your insurer.
Aftercare
Free follow ups
As part of Jonathan Staiano’s commitment to patient satisfaction and patient care, all of your follow ups from a procedure with Jonathan will be free. This gives many of Jonathan’s patients genuine peace of mind before and after the procedure.
3 year guarantee – surgical fee is waived
Uniquely, up to 3 years after the operation you will have access to free surgical follow up after your initial procedure.* This means that Jonathan will not charge you fees for his time if you need any further surgery. This also gives many patients peace of mind.
*This does not include hospital fees.
